All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

We accept secure payments through Shopify's supported payment gateways. Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored by Carve-X.

5. Shipping & Delivery

As a dropshipping business, orders are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched by our supplier, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return Policy.
